Welcome to Heather Dawn Elemental Health
With over 30 years experience in Complementary and natural health care.
I am a practising Therapist and Teacher. I have worked professionally within integrated health care and Specialist Palliative Care for over 12 years. Providing therapies alongside Consultants, Doctors, Nurses and other Health Care Professionals, supporting patients and their families. I have also tutored for various colleges and institutions including the NHS.
From my private practice in Ackton, near Pontefract....easily accessible from Castleford, Wakefield, Leeds and the surrounding area of West Yorkshire. I provide Complementary and Holistic Care for health and general wellbeing. Primarily focusing on Pain management, Scar therapy, Stress relief, Bereavement support and supportive care for life limiting conditions and Palliative care
I utilise a variety of Complementary, holistic and traditional practises including Massage, Specialist Scar Treatment, Acupuncture, Aromatherapy and Healing.
I also deliver training and guidance in various techniques.
My aim is to support you as you enter your personal journey of recovery and growth.

Workshops are short fun courses that anyone can attend! Short courses provide qualified therapists with Continual Professional Development (CPD). They can also provide individuals with skills to support their personal wellbeing and to use with family and friends.
