Training and workshops can be provided in person and via Zoom Workshops are short fun sessions that anyone can attend! Short courses provide qualified therapists with Continual Professional Development (CPD). They can also provide individuals with skills to support their personal wellbeing and to use with family and friends. Heather Dawn Fields is a Qualified Teacher – Cert Ed. She has created and delivered courses and workshops for many years. Training can be one to one or for small groups and can be an hour to several days. |

These one to two day training courses are suitable for anyone! Whether you are a qualified therapist requiring Continual Professional Development (CPD) training or purely interested in the subject and intrigued to learn more. Support Programmes
A.R.T (Application, Rhythm and Technique) of Touch
These short training sessions explore how illness, familiarity and technology have influenced the way we communicate and the impact of touch as a form of wordless communication that can aid reconnection. You will have the opportunity to learn very simple techniques that can be used to support a loved one and have the opportunity to discuss and overcome some of the fears experienced, especially where serious medical conditions or frailty exists.
Sessions are suitable for Therapists, Carers, Mothers, Daughters, Fathers, Sons, Partners and Friends.

This three module programme is designed to provide healthcare professionals such as Nurses, HCAs, Complementary Therapists and Allied Professionals with skills to enhance their existing roles.
Each module will guide the learner through a variety of complementary approaches that can be utilised when supporting patients with Specialist Palliative Care needs.
The programme will provide a foundation or special interest level of training which can provide new skills, enhance existing roles and for qualified therapists the programme is suitable for CPD.
Modules can be attended independently or sequentially dependant on the needs of the learner.
Holistic approaches to symptom management in specialist palliative care
